EVENT ENTRY
This year, we’re bringing you even more excitement with new additions and improvements to enhance your tournament experience—including a brand-new entry location!
To ensure a smoother and more comfortable arrival, all players, coaches, and guests will now enter through the Welton Street entrance (Lobby B) of the Colorado Convention Center. This entrance is covered, so you won’t have to brave Denver’s unpredictable winter weather—no standing in snow, sleet, or rain!
Look for banners, signs, and our friendly staff to guide you to the entrance on the EAST side of the convention center.

TEAM REGISTRATION & ENTRANCE
- Coaches can pick up their team credentials at the Colorado Convention Center LOBBY B on Thursday 1/22 from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Please complete online check-in prior to coming to the Convention Center. If you cannot make it by 6:00pm to pick up credentials for your team, please send another adult to pick them up for your team – (team parent, coach, club director, etc.).
- The Colorado Convention Center doors will open at 6:45 a.m. on each day of competition so that morning wave players and coaches can enter the convention center and go onto their designated courts.

Crossroads is a CASHLESS event and NO GUEST PASSES WILL BE ABLE TO BE PURCHASED ON-SITE USING CASH.
- Once registered, all guests will receive a QR code that will be used along with a photo ID (adult, senior and military. Minors will NOT need an ID) to enter the event. Please save the QR code and a picture of your ID in your phone to expedite the entry process.
- The Colorado Convention Center doors will open at 6:45 a.m. on each day of competition. Guests may enter the convention center but will not be admitted into the courts until 7:00 a.m.
