TEAM REGISTRATION

Registration Opens: August 3, 2026 @ 10AM MST/Noon EST

Team Entry Fee is $925.00 per team.

Please Note: Each club can register 2 teams per age per division

Refund Policy: Full Refunds will be given if a team withdraws in writing by 12/1/2026. For more information about our refund policy, please CLICK HERE 

*For teams registering in General Registration, you need to book a total of 9 room nights through THS in order to be accepted.

    ACCEPTANCE IN EVENT:

    Colorado Crossroads is a stay & play event. To be accepted into the tournament, teams
    must pay their registration fee and meet our housing requirements. Simply registering your
    team does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. Your team’s status in AES will
    reflect your team’s tournament status – until your team is marked as “Accepted” in AES,
    you cannot consider your team accepted into the tournament.

    Please complete these steps for acceptance:

    1. Pay the team registration fee 
    2. Meet the housing requirements through TTS – a minimum of 12 room nights per
      team (4 rooms per night). Teams within a 40 mile radius of the Convention Center
      are considered “local” and are exempt from this policy. Hotels link will be shared at a later date. 
    3. We will begin accepting teams on Monday, August 3.

    Other Important Info:

    • Rosters are not required for acceptance into the event, you may add those later in
    your team dashboard.

    DEADLINES:

    • Withdraw Deadline (for full refund): 12/1/26
    • Registration Closes: 1/18/27
    • Roster Deadline: 1/18/27
    • Late Roster Deadline: 1/18/27

    ROSTERS

    Rosters are not required for acceptance into the tournament; you can add them in later on
    your team dashboard on AES. Teams must have a minimum of 6 players and 1 coach to
    compete. Players can compete with AAU or USAV memberships – either is fine. Coaches
    must be background checked in order to participate (USAV or AAU).

    *Maximum of 3 coach passes per team; we will not give out a coach pass to team chaperones. 

    TOURNAMENT ENTRY

    $925.00 per team in all divisions

    PAYMENT

    Entry Fees can be paid for by mailing a check OR online using our new payment platform this year.

    To pay online:

    Within a few hours of registering for the event, you will receive an emailed invoice from

    Player First. The confirmation from Player First will contain a link that will allow you to log-
    in and pay online with a debit or credit card. Please email: info@coloradocrossroads.org

    with any issues or to troubleshoot paying your invoice online.

    If you wish to still pay via check, you can send a check (one per club) to the address below.
