APPLICATION FOR LOYAL CUSTOMER HOUSING CONTRACTS

Opens on TM2Sign.com at 10:00AM MDT October 30, 2017 until 5:00PM MDT November 2, 2017 for Loyalty Housing Program only; For General Registration, hotel reservation links are available at 10:00AM MST on November 24. *Teams with an official mailing address 40 miles or less from the Colorado Convention Center are exempt from the S/P Policy.

PLATINUM – NEW THIS YEAR: Loyalty will open at 10:00AM MDT OCTOBER 30 for PLATINUM LEVEL ONLY at TM2Sign.com and will close at 5:00PM MDT OCTOBER 31. Teams must be registered and payment received before Loyalty Housing application available.

GOLD – NEW THIS YEAR: Loyalty will open at 10:00AM MDT NOVEMBER 1 for GOLD LEVEL ONLY at TM2Sign.com and will close at 5:00PM MDT NOVEMBER 2. Teams must be registered and payment received before Loyalty Housing application available.

PLATINUM Level is First Priority Pre-booking privileges for teams booking 45 room nights or more on one housing contract. 

This reward level helps teams that want all parents and players in the same hotel; rooms may be used by anyone affiliated with the team: players, coaches, parents or friends. (In 2017, every team accepting a housing contract for the Platinum Level Loyalty Housing program had rooms within walking distance to the Colorado Convention Center.)

Loyalty Housing applications for 45 or more room nights open Oct. 30. Applications for fewer than 45 room nights are not open at this time – program will reject applications for less than 45 room nights.

This is how the process works:

  • Each team must first register online for Crossroads at TM2Sign.com and pay the entry fee.
    • The team receives an automatic acknowledgement when we receive payment (online or by mail) and an email with a link to the Loyalty Housing application form.
  • Clubs/teams must submit their Loyalty Housing application to THS by 5 pm MDT Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
    • A club may apply for Loyalty Housing for more than one team on the same application form, but each team must commit to 45 or more room nights on a separate Loyalty Housing contract.
  • Each team must complete a separate Loyalty Housing contract. Multiple teams may not be combined on one Loyalty Housing contract.
    • Each team must submit one rooming list per contract by January 16, 2018 at 5:00 PM EST.
    • Room blocks for more than one team may not be combined to reach the 45 room night threshold.
    • Complimentary room nights or other programs’ rewards points room nights may not be counted to reach the 45 room night threshold.
  • THS processes all Loyalty applications according to (i) the number of room nights requested and then (ii) by the date the form was submitted. NOTE: Platinum Level customers are processed before Gold Level customers.
    • THS calls or emails teams to confirm the reservation.
  • THS issues a Loyal Customer Contract on November 16 or November 17.
    • Team accepts the Loyal Customer Contract online no later than 24 hours after receiving it.
  • All room nights reserved must be at a hotel already on the Approved Hotel list. We will not add any hotels to the Approved Hotel list to use this reward level.
  • Each team must use 100% of the room nights it reserves on a Platinum Level Loyalty Housing contract. Any reductions in room nights any time after the accepted housing contract is returned to THS are subject to contract usage requirements.  (See contract for details.)
  • The person who signs the contract is responsible for payments, penalties (if any) and submitting the rooming list.
  • Each team must submit one rooming list per contract by January 16, 2018 at 5:00 PM EST.
    • The hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved on the signed contract on January 16, 2018.

ADDITIONAL  benefit:

  • At most Approved Hotels, for every 16 room nights booked through THS and utilized, the 16th room night is free.* Team must specify which room(s) receive the comp credit prior to arrival; comp credits will be applied to the designated rooms at checkout.

*Some hotels excepted. Some hotels require a 3 night stay per room. See Approved Hotel list for information.
