ALL Guests MUST complete a registration form online and submit the Registration Fee before claiming their Entry Wristband.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Guests may submit Registration Fees online by credit card OR onsite with cash/credit card at the Registration Desk at the Convention Center.

Cash payments require completion of the online registration form before making payment onsite.

THERE WILL BE LONG LINES FOR ONSITE PAYMENTS.  We highly recommend you go online and complete your registration form before coming to the Convention Center.

Anyone other than authorized staff entering the playing area for any activity, including practices, HP Tryouts, the PrepVolleyball Combine, shopping, etc. must have an Entry Wristband and be wearing it on their wrist. This includes players and coaches.

Players and coaches are registered as part of the Team Entry and do not need to re-register online; Team Reps claim Team Entry Wristbands at Team Check-in.

Event Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event and must be displayed when requested.

We may ban any person who fails to cooperate from the entire tournament and all the activities associated with it

Entry Wristbands may not be transferred from one person to another.

Transferring an Entry Wristband to someone else will result in both parties being banned from the entire tournament and all the activities associated with it

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for unused or unclaimed Entry Wristbands. REPLACEMENT for lost, stolen, or forgotten Entry Wristbands for Guests, Players, or Coaches requires payment of the onsite registration fee for a new Entry Wristband.

2.     Click on “Guest Registration”

3.     Follow instructions to complete the form and submit registration fees by credit card

a. You may complete multiple weekend and single day registrations in the same transaction

4.     You will receive a QR code receipt; print or save it to your phone

5.     Claim your Entry Wristbands at the WILL CALL desk in Lobby A at the Convention Center by showing your QR code receipt
