Dig Pink

If You Are a Survivor, Please Register At the Dig Pink Booth!

Colorado Crossroads wants to recognize breast cancer survivors and honor them. If you are a cancer survivor, please stop by the Dig Pink booth to pick up your pin and register with us. We will give you further information about how we will honor you at that time.

The Saga of the Pink Court

Pink Court

Did you notice all the commotion around the feature court (court #64) this morning? What started the day as a blank slate of concrete rapidly became the first pink court in the country.

Thanks to some dedicated tournament staff and volunteer parents, the newest court sprang to life with blinding speed.

And it is a good thing that the court was ready for play quickly! The maiden match on the pink court was, ironically, a men's NAIA match pitting local team Johnson & Wales University against visiting Graceland University.

Volleyball Magazine Spotlight

Volleyball Magazine's Mike Miazga is visiting Crossroads this week and writing an update for all our fans. Check out his interview with New Mexico Juniors' Delaina Tafoya.

Delaina Tafoya

Favorite thing about club tournaments? It’s fun to see how many clubs there are.

Where did you eat last night? My aunt’s house. She lives in Denver.

What do you like the most about your team? We have good coaches and the girls on the team are fun.

Funniest moment on your team so far this season? Some of the girls got lost at a tournament in Texas.

One thing your hometown is known for? Albuquerque is not too big, but not too small.

Please download the rest of Miazga's update PDF here.
