Wristband and Ticket Information!

Ticket ScanYou need tickets! If you aren't a player, coach, or referee, you'll need a VIP Band or a Daily Pass each day to enter the halls and watch all the action. NEW THIS YEAR - This includes the team check-in/practice day (Friday, March 13 and Thursday, March 19). Band receipts (to be exchanged at the Convention Center for the actual bands) or Daily Passes can be printed in advance from the internet. Links will be available very shortly.

VIP Bands will get you discounts or giveaways from select vendors at the Early Bird Shopping, admission to all seminars and clinics, and fast entry and re-entry to the event itself via the VIP escalator and through the VIP Express entrance. See our web site for a list of activities happening during Crossroads.

  1. VIP Band receipts or Daily Passes can be obtained from the internet. Web links will be provided very soon!
  2. The Daily Passes can be printed from the internet, just like an airline boarding pass. Each order of passes contains 4 Daily Passes; each Pass is good for one admission for one person. There is a $1 service fee for printing your Passes.
  3. The VIP Bands can be picked up at the Crossroads Will Call window in lower Lobby A. (See pick up times on your VIP Band receipt.) Each VIP Band is good for four day's admission and other benefits listed above, so be sure to save it! There is a $1 service fee for each VIP Band receipt.
  4. We HIGHLY advise printing your VIP Band receipts or Daily Passes BEFORE arriving at the event. Lines at the site are bound to be long and slow.

What You Need To Know About Team Check In

Team check in for Crossroads will be on Friday, March 13 for Week 1 and Thursday, March 19 for Week 2.  Check in times are from 3 pm to 9 pm at the Colorado Convention Center at 14th and Welton St.  Enter through the 14th Street lobby (by California and 14th Street corner).  Check in is in the A Lobby.

    1. All teams must check in before practicing or playing.
    2. Each team must have a printed Check In Form with a barcode on it from signuptoplay.com in order to check in. If your form does not have a barcode in the top right corner, you have not printed the correct form. You cannot use a form without the bar code to check in. See how to print one here.
    3. Fill out all the verification information at the bottom of the page.
    4. Each person (including coaches) on the roster must have a valid USAV number entered in signuptoplay.com, and your roster must be complete and correct before you print it. We will not accept any hand written changes on the roster at check in.  If you do not have the proper form when you get to Denver, you will have to find a computer and a printer and print the correct form.
    5. Fill in the hotel and contact information requested at the bottom of the page. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you fill this section in so we can reach you in case of an emergency or a radical change in the tournament.
    6. Sign the form.  The person who is checking the team in must have this form.

We will have late check in between 7 am and noon on Saturday, March 14 for Week 1 and Friday, March 20 for Week 2 in the A Lobby only.

Get On Television!

Local news personality Chris Parente from KWGN will be covering the Dig Pink festivities at Colorado Crossroads. If you want to be a part of his feature, be at the front door of Lobby A of the convention center by 6:15am on Friday, March 20th. Dress in all the pink you can! The more pink you sport, the better your chances to get on tv! See more of Parente's features here.
