Closing Time! (Sort Of)

In case you needed another reminder of how quickly this year is flying by, here it is! February 1st is only a few days away and that means that our entry deadline is almost upon us.

That means that if you haven't entered the tournament yet, your time is almost up! Go to www.signuptoplay.com and enter your team. Teams are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until fields fill up. (And are they ever filling up.) After February 1st, teams may be accepted into the Qualifier or the Select divisions at the discretion of the tournament director. See our website for complete entry information.

Remember that your entry is not complete and your team will not be accepted until the entry fee has been received and the team has made hotel arrangements through THS as specified in our "Stay and Play" policy. See our website for complete details.

If your team is traveling into Denver for Crossroads, you are required to use THS to book your hotel accommodations.

Practice Times

If you want to practice the evening before the tournament begins, courts will be available for your use. We will have approximately 50 courts available. Practice times will be available in one hour slots, first come-first served between 4 pm and 7:30 pm on the day prior to play on both weekends. All teams must finish practice by 8:30 pm.
