ENTRY FEES:  Crossroads Select Tournament divisions $665

PLAY LOCATION:  All play, all divisions, both weekends will be at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver.  The address is 700 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Entries will be accepted on a first come-first served basis until the space is filled.  Two teams per club per age division will be accepted into the tournament until the division is filled or February 1, 2008, whichever comes first.  After February 1, acceptance is at the tournament's discretion.

WHERE TO REGISTER:  All tournament team registration must be completed in SignUpToPlay.com.  System open to accept registrations on Oct. 15, 2007 at 10 am MDT.

HOTEL REGISTRATION:  To reserve a room in the Crossroads block; Week 1 ( March 8, 9 and 10) or Week 2 ( March 14, 15 and 16). All reservations for hotels in the tournament block must be made through THS.

A new play option - The CROSSROADS SELECT TOURNMENT® for three age divisions - 13/14s, 15/16s, and 17/18s.

What is the Crossroads Select Tournament?
Competition for those teams that may not have the goal of earning a bid to JOs at Crossroads, but would like to be part of a big event. There will be no bids awarded to winners of these tournament divisions. The registration and payment system, check-in system, results reporting system and awards are all the same as for the qualifier; the format may be adjusted according to the number of teams entered.

Who can play in the Select Tournament?
Any team that wants to participate in the Crossroads event but is not vying for a bid to the USAV JOVC.

Is there a limit per club for teams in the Select Tournament?
Yes.  We will accept up to 2 teams per club per age group in a combined 13/14, 15/16 and 17/18 Select divisions. Acceptance is first-come, first-served basis until space available is filled or February 1, 2008, whichever comes first.  After February 1, we will accept more than two teams per club per age division at our discretion, based on entry received date.  We reserve the right to combine age divisions if necessary to create a good tournament format.

How do you register for a Select Tournament?
Register in Sign Up To Play as you would for any qualifier division.

What is the cost?
Entry fee is $665.00.

Where do the Select divisions play?
In the Colorado Convention Complex, just the same as the Qualifier Divisions.

What is the format for play?
It will be similar to Qualifier Divisions, with each team guaranteed 7 matches or the equivalent.
