2013 CROSSROADS LOYAL CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM

The Loyal Customer Rewards Program application period has closed. Applicants will be contacted by Tournament Magic and THS with further information beginning on Friday, November 9, 2012.

If you did not apply, general registration opens Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 10am MST.

More than anything else, teams and clubs tell us they want to be together in the same hotel. To respond to this feedback, we have a Loyal Customer Rewards program. It is modeled on the well-known "frequent flyer" programs used by the airlines. The more rooms a team books at an Approved Hotel,* the more privileges the team earns, including early booking privileges for Gold and Platinum levels. By combining team and parent rooms together on one contract, every team has the ability to qualify.

Our Loyal Customer Rewards program has three levels:

Silver Reward Level
At most Approved Hotels, for every 16 room nights booked through THS and utilized (one room for one night = one "room night"), the 16th room night is free*. Team must specify which room(s) receive the comp credit prior to checkout; comp credits will be applied to the designated rooms at checkout.

  • Applies to room nights booked through the THS web site or by phone with a THS representative on or after November 5th, 2012 (for Gold and Platinum levels only) or November 28th, 2012 for all others.
  • Room nights must be booked in an Approved Hotel.
  • Room nights must be on one contract and one rooming list.
    • Room nights for more than one team may not be combined to reach the 16 room nights per contract threshold.
    • Complimentary room nights or rewards points room nights may not be counted to reach the 16 room night threshold.

Gold Reward Level
Second Priority Pre-booking privileges for teams booking 36 room nights or more on one contract. This reward level helps teams that want all parents and players to be booked in the same hotel; rooms may be used by anyone affiliated with the team: players, coaches, parents or friends.

  • Must book a minimum of 36 room nights or more on one contract and one rooming list.
    • Room blocks for more than one team may not be combined to reach the 36 room night threshold.
    • Complimentary room nights or rewards points room nights may not be counted to reach the 36 room night threshold.
  • Must submit Loyal Customer Rewards Application to THS by Thursday, November 8, 2012.
    • Form available on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 10:00am EST on this site.
    • THS will process Platinum and Gold Level Loyal Customer Rewards applications first according to the number of room nights requested then by the date the form was submitted. Platinum Level customers will will be processed before Gold Level customers.
    • THS will call or email teams to confirm the reservation.
    • THS will issue a Loyal Customer Rewards Contract (LCC) along with a tournament registration code to each team that qualifies.
    • Teams must register for the event, submit the entry fee, and return the signed Loyalty Contract no later than Friday, November 16th, 2012.
    • No Loyalty applications will be accepted prior to November 5th, 2012.
  • All rooms requested must be at a hotel already on the Approved Hotel list. No hotels will be added to the Approved Hotel list to use this reward level.
  • All reductions in room nights any time after the signed contract is returned to THS are subject to contract usage requirements. (90% of rooms reserved must be paid in full. See contract for details.)
  • Person who signs the contract is responsible for payments, penalties (if any) and submitting the rooming list.
  • Only one rooming list per contract. 
  • PLUS Silver Level benefit: At most Approved Hotels, for every 16 room nights booked through THS and utilized, the 16th room night is free*. Team must specify which room(s) receive the comp credit prior to checkout; comp credits will be applied to the designated rooms at checkout.

Platinum Rewards Level
First Priority Pre-booking privileges for teams booking 45 room nights or more on one contract. This reward level helps teams that want all parents and players to be booked in the same hotel; rooms may be used by anyone affiliated with the team: players, coaches, parents or friends.

  • Must book a minimum of 45 room nights or more on one contract and one rooming list.
    • Room blocks for more than one team may not be combined to reach the 45 room night threshold.
    • Complimentary room nights or rewards points room nights may not be counted to reach the 45 room night threshold.
  • Must submit Loyal Customer Rewards Application to THS by Thursday, November 8, 2012.
    • Form available on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 10:00am EST on this site.
    • THS will process Platinum and Gold Level Loyal Customer Rewards applications first according to the number of room nights requested then by the date the form was submitted. Platinum Level customers will will be processed before Gold Level customers.

**Applies to rooms booked through THS only. Does not apply to rooms booked through a 3rd party reseller.
+Applies only to rooms booked by one team on one contract. Clubs cannot combine rooms for two or more teams to qualify for the Loyal Customer Rewards program.
++Within 30 days of the tournament start, rooms returned to the hotel from our block may be sold by a hotel at lower rates.
